Shipping + FAQ

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. Please note The International order usually takes 2-6 weeks to arrive (excluding weekends)! However this varies depending on circumstances are out of our control such as delays at customs or high delivery load.

I’m shipping worldwide.

We are very sorry to hear that! Shipping can sometimes take up to 3 months with some countries, so your order may still arrive yet. We do not accept refunds due to delayed or missing packages. That being said, if it has been more than 3 months and your order still has not arrived, do contact us via email and we will see what we can do. 

For standard shipping like stickers and flat products, we’ll ship with a regular envelope with stamps. 

* Please Note that ( Untracked packages that are lost during shipping are non-refundable! as the loss of the product is out of my control/not my responsibility. )

*You have to choose “tracked shipping” at check out if you want to be protected.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
